Complaints Program Launched to Meet Financial Services Regulatory Authority Regulations

Effective December 2023, PROVEN Bank (Saint Lucia) Limited implemented a new complaint-handling process to enhance its service quality as part of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority requirements to ensure a complaint-handling process that is efficient, transparent, and offers a speedy resolution timeline.
